Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours of cleared payment. We ship using various carriers and services, including UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Select, depending on the destination and order requirements. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Orders are packaged using our CoolShield Mailers, designed to provide short-term thermal protection during transit and help maintain applicable product storage requirements. While we take reasonable precautions to protect shipments, transit times and carrier conditions are outside of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our research-use products, and for safety and quality-control reasons, LUMERA Biologics does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the product is damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lumera-bio.com as soon as possible with your order details and a description or photo of the damage. We will work with you to review the issue and find an appropriate resolution. Our researchers are always in good hands!
